<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater unit capable of easily adjusting a heating output of a heating surface in accordance with a temperature distribution of a heated object and capable of reducing the temperature deviation of the heated object. <P>SOLUTION: The heater unit 10 for aiming at reducing the temperature deviation of a heated object by heating the heated object is provided with a cell stack 30 in which electrochemical cells 20 having electrolytes 26 and two electrodes 22, 24 pinching the electrolytes 26 are serially connected, and a heating face 16 transferring the generated heat of the cell stack 30 to the heated object is arranged along a lamination direction D of the cell stack 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
