PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing circuit which has high image processing capability and high versatility.

SOLUTION: The image processing circuit includes: a data adjustment circuit for inputting X×Y pieces of pixel data and outputting as output data K-Y pieces of dummy data when Y≤K (K is a natural number, equal to or larger than Y) is satisfied for each piece of time pixel data corresponding to one line pixel portion are outputted; a first line memory for outputting the pixel data inputted by the data adjustment circuit or the dummy data, after they are stored for a fixed period; a second line memory for outputting the pixel data or the dummy data inputted by the first line memory, after storing them for a fixed period; an output timing control circuit; and an arithmetic circuit for storing the pixel data inputted by the first line memory and the second line memory via the output timing control circuit for a fixed period and then performing filtering by using the stored pixel data.
