<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting line and a component mounting method for eliminating the necessity of performing an input operation by an operator on an inspection device side even if a component is not mounted at a prescribed mounting position of a component mounter. <P>SOLUTION: When a component P is not mounted on a prescribed mounting position on a substrate PB, a component mounter 4 of the component mounting line creates non-mounting data including information of the substrate PB having the non-mounting position where the component P is not mounted and information of the non-mounting position of the component P on the substrate PB, and transmits the data to a post-mounting inspection machine 5. The post-mounting inspection machine 5 receives the non-mounting data to identify the substrate PB having the non-mounting position where the component P is not mounted and the non-mounting position of the component P on the substrate PB, and changes inspection data (component mounting data 43) so that appearance inspection is not executed for the non-mounting position of the component P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
