<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid injection head unit capable of positioning easily and highly precisely a liquid injection head, a method of manufacturing the same, and a liquid injection device. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the head unit 1 which includes the head 10 having a nozzle line 14 juxtaposed with a plurality of nozzle openings 11, and a base plate 20 mounted with the head 10, a positioning pin through-hole 42 and a positioning regulation hole 41 positioned by a positioning pin provided in the base plate 20 are formed in a positioning plate 40 by photolithography, the positioning plate 40 is attached to a subplate 30 to bring the positioning regulation hole 41 into prescribed arrangement with respect to the nozzle openings 11, and the head 10 is fixed to the base plate 20 under the condition where the positioning pin is engaged with the positioning pin through-hole 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
