PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete top-end spacer capable of easily mounting reinforcements of various diameters which are used for floor reinforcements assembled in floor forms by one kind of the concrete top-end spacer, and capable of certainly holding floor thickness and horizontality of a floor face. SOLUTION: The concrete top-end spacer includes: a rigid plate material 1 including a through tapped hole 7 and having a projection 42 for engagement at one side end; a bendable plate material 3, whose base end is mounted on the other side end of the rigid plate material 1, being configured in a bendable manner in a loop shape and forming a plurality of holes 42 which can be engaged with the projection 42 on the rigid plate material 1 at a front end in the longitudinal direction; a screw rod 12 mounted in a drawable and erectable manner to the rigid plate material 1; a top-end indication member 13 movably mounted on the screw rod 12 in the axial direction of the screw rod 12; and a screw member 8 for a fixing which is screwed with the through tapped hole 7 in the rigid plate material 1 and whose front end is press-contactable to the reinforcements 6.
