PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor capable of reducing the frequency of manual operation, and also confirming the joint state of a long X-ray image by enlarged display without omission. SOLUTION: The medical image processor synthesizes one kind of long X-ray image data by joining a plurality of kinds of X-ray image data obtained by X-ray photographing or receives previously prepared long X-ray image data, and then, displays the long X-ray image based on the long X-ray image data on the screen of a display device. The medical image processor includes a display control part for reading position information of a joint part in the long X-ray image data (step S104), displaying on the display screen, an enlarged display part for presenting the partial enlarged display of the long X-ray image with the position of the joint part as a center (step S105), and moving the enlarged display part along the joint part of the long X-ray image (step S108).
