PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve narrowing processing from a plurality of candidate objects. SOLUTION: In a candidate selection step 110, narrowing processing from a plurality of candidate objects into a few candidate objects is executed. A selection step 140 classified by arrival time is included in the candidate selection step 110. In this processing, each arrival time required for movement via a road between the plurality of candidate objects is provided as an index. A plurality of sections provided in each prescribed arrival time range are utilized for providing each arrival time. The plurality of candidate objects are grouped into some section corresponding to the arrival time. The plurality of sections are provided to a user as object for selection. A selection operation by the user is input into a navigation device.
