<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein calibration cannot be made, while a fluid is flowing continuously and that 0-point errors caused by the characteristic variations of an ultrasonic vibrator cannot be corrected, in a conventional ultrasonic flow rate measuring device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The two ultrasonic vibrators 2, 3 are fitted to both the ends of a flowmeter casing 1; a propagation path 4 for measurement formed linearly between the ultrasonic vibrators 2, 3 is bent nearly at a right angle on the front of the ultrasonic vibrator 2 and a flow inlet 4a is formed at the upper portion of the flowmeter casing 1 and is bent upward at a right angle on the front of the ultrasonic vibrator 3; a flow outlet 4b is formed at the upper portion of the flowmeter casing 1; a soundproof layer 6 is provided on the periphery in parallel with the propagation path 4 for measurement; a propagation path 5 for 0-point correction including an ultrasonic wave propagating material is fitted; and both the ends of the propagation path 5 for 0-point correction oppose the ultrasonic vibrators 2, 3, respectively.
