<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling fixture for an elevator car capable of easily retaining a wall plate constituting a car wall of the elevator car, preventing injury of a worker at assembling of the car and outstandingly enhancing workability. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The assembling fixture for the elevator car is provided with: a base body 2 having length corresponding to height of the wall plate 1 constituting the car wall; an upper support 3 provided on one end part of the base body 2 and projected to a side of the base body 2; and a lower support 4 provided on the other end part of the base body 2, projected to the side of the base body 2 so as to be opposed to the upper support 3 and capable of adjusting an opposed distance to the upper support 3 in a predetermined range. Further, upper and lower end parts of the wall plate 1 are clamped by the upper support 3 and the lower support 4, thereby, the base body 2 is fixed to the wall plate 1 in the state that a clearance is formed between the wall plate 1 and it.
