<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heavy packaging bag which has superior portability and gas permeability, can be rolled despite a zip-fastener attachment, and can be filled with such contents as rice using an existing filing machine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A laminated film having a heat seal layer is folded in such a way that parallel two sides 2 and 2 are set opposite to each other across a gap 3 and that the heat seal layer makes up an inner surface to form the front surface and the back surface of a bag. A gas permeating sheet 10 is interposed between the front surface and the back surface near one long side 6 to cover the gap 3 to form an air vent portion 7. The laminated film at the front surface and the same at the back surface are bonded thermally together via a gas permeating sheet to form an opening 9, which serves as a handle.
