<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover structure of a door opening-closing device capable of rotating a side cover, without interfering with a movable pivot part of a door load support arm, without narrowing the longitudinal width of a door opening part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This cover structure has the door opening-closing device for moving a door 4 in a closing position D1, a projecting position D2 and a full opening position D3, the door load support arm 18 composed of a first rocking arm 44, a second rocking arm 61 and a second rocking end door side pivot part 37 of the second rocking arm, and the side cover 75 having a vertical pivot end part 755 pivoted around the vertical center line Lh on the vehicle body side and an extending part 751 extending from its part and covering the door load support arm 18. A vertical center line Lh position is deviatively arranged on the cabin inside from a pivotal center position ca of a movable pivot part m1 composed of the first rocking end and a second base end part when rocking the door.
