PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mischievous operations and to easily attach an opening/closing body to a base body frame. SOLUTION: A shaft member 23 is made to project on a base part 22 provided on an outer frame 11, a body frame 12 is provided with a bearing member 3 having a receiving part for receiving the shaft member 23 through an opening 34, and the bearing member 3 is provided with a shaft falling prevention member 4. The shaft falling prevention member 4 can be operated to a shaft falling preventing state and a shaft falling allowing state, and holds the shaft member 23 positioned at the receiving part while regulating detachment from the receiving part in the shaft falling preventing state. The opening 34 is opened to the front surface of the body frame 12, and the opening 34 is closed by the shaft falling prevention member 4 in the shaft falling preventing state when the body frame 12 is closed.
