PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a conventional dynamo apparatus is provided with a hydraulic cylinder for driving a stand outside the stand on which a dynamometer is mounted, causing an obstacle to the downsizing of the dynamo apparatus. SOLUTION: In the dynamo apparatus, the stand 4 on which a dynamometer 2 and a torque meter 3 are mounted on a base 5 slidably, is slid by a hydraulic cylinder 7 along a rail 6, connects the dynamometer 2 and the torque meter 3 are connected to a test piece such as an engine, and a performance test on the test piece is conducted. The hydraulic cylinder 7 is arranged within the stand 4. The hydraulic cylinder 7 is mounted on the rail 6 to be integral with the rail 6. The rail 6 is fitted in a rail receiving hole 12 provided on the bottom surface of the stand 4. Both ends of the rail 6 in the longitudinal direction are attached with respect to a rail support stand 14 with bolts 13, allowing the rail 6 to be removable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
