<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control mass access from an information processor to a processing server for a service providing system, on the side of the information processor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The service providing system receives device information from the information processor, and, based on the received device information, generates schedule information indicating the timing when the information processor accesses the service providing system. The information processor obtains from the service providing system an application for access control and the schedule information, and performs access, through the application and referring to the schedule information, at the timing when the information processor accesses the service providing system.
