PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an oil cooling system for cooling a motor of a hybrid working machine in a space-saving manner at a low cost. SOLUTION: A cooling circuit 17 is branched and provided in parallel on the lowermost reaches of a center bypass line 10 connected to a main pump 1 of a hydraulic circuit. The cooling circuit 17 is provided with a generator-motor 3 formed with a cooling passage 19 by a cooling jacket 18, and a low pressure return oil returning to a tank T from the main pump 1 through the center bypass line 10 is allowed to flow to the cooling passage 19 to oil-cool a body 3a of the generator-motor 3.
