NETWORK RE-ENCODING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR RE-ENCODING ENCODED SYMBOLS TO BE TRANSMITTED TO COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENTS

PURPOSE: A network re-encoding method and a device thereof are provided to use LT codes in order to decode a received encoded symbol and to encode symbol data which are supposed to be transmitted to communication devices connected to a network. CONSTITUTION: An RM(Re-encoding Means) combines a selected input node and/or a selected output node with known values and re-encodes limited output nodes through LT(Luby Transformation) code symbols. The RM performs XOR Boolean operations and combines nodes which are partially decoded. The RM determines the output node including the highest difference having the first standard distribution degree among the current distribution degrees of the created output nodes.
