<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle load driving device or an on-vehicle motor driver capable of achieving miniaturization of the device, by urging heat radiation of a filter circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In this motor drive device 100, heat transfer materials Rj1-Rj3 are contacted with a surface on the inside space side Si of a case cover body 10, and the heat transfer materials Rj1-Rj3 are also contacted with a surface of a heat radiating element such as a capacitor.
