<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing material filling device which easily pre-shapes by using a molding flap, and prevents the seeping in of materials in the external environment into the tube, even if the pressure of a liquefied food is lowered by fluctuations in the liquefied food pressure. <P>SOLUTION: The packing material filling device has a pressure flange 36 and a positive pressure holding means. The pressure flange 36 is provided below the liquid level 37 in a tubular packing material 1 and on the outer circumference of a filling pipe 7. The pressure flange suppresses free upward flow of the liquefied food filled in the tube, and sets the pressure of the liquefied food in the tube, below the pressure flange 36 to a positive pressure. The positive pressure holding means lessens the fluctuations in the pressure of the liquefied food in the tube above the pressure flange 36, prevents the lowering of the liquefied food pressure to a negative pressure, and maintains the liquefied food pressure above the pressure flange 36 at the positive pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
