<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical apparatus which is constituted to easily radiate heat, using a suitable amount of heat radiating resin, regarding a heat-generating component with any shape of a bottom face, or the like, while securing the insulating properties, without requiring preparation of various sizes and shapes, according to the size and shape of the heat-generating component. <P>SOLUTION: A first insulating sheet 3 is disposed on the inner surface of a base case 2 and a circuit board 6, mounted with an electric component including the heat generating component 51, is disposed on the bottom face side of the base case 2 via the first insulating sheet 3. A second insulating sheet is disposed on the inner surface of a cover case so as to lie along the inner side face of the cover case, and a plurality of stud parts 31 are formed on the first insulating sheet 3, protrusively adjoining the heat generating component 51 to the heat-insulating component 51 side to form a required region corresponding to the heat-generating component 51.
