<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make reception outside a region impossible, in a broadcast limiting a region like the retransmission of digital terrestrial broadcasting by an Internet protocol. <P>SOLUTION: In a region information registration means 3, the regional information of a region where a reception (relay) system 10 is located is registered. A regional information detection means 4 detects the information of a region being a reception object region from input broadcast data. When the regional information of the regional information registration means does not coincide with that of the regional information detection means, a display (output) control means 5 controls an input broadcast not to be displayed (output).
