<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable device which is superior in portability and has an added practical temperature control function for a casing by using a temperature adjustment element like a Peltier element. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The Peltier element 21 as the temperature adjustment element is arranged on the reverse side of the back of the casing of a cellular phone terminal 100. The Peltier element 21 heats or cools the external surface of the casing from inside as instructed by a user.
