<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone system that can effectively utilize a memory and does not force a user to perform complicated operations. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the user performs a calling operation (Fig.2(B)) while the telephone number of the opposite party that has made a call to an incoming call history is stored(Fig.2(A)), the telephone number of the other party to which a call has made is automatically eliminated from the incoming call history (Fig.2(C)).
