PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech processing device capable of removing noise with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The speech processing device includes: a sound collection means 60 for collecting speech and for output of a speech signal; a detection means 56 for detecting operation states of members 15, 16, 17, 63, 64 and 65, which become sound sources; and a signal processing means 61 for reducing a signal of a frequency which is set according to the member from the speech signal, when the operation of the member is detected by the detection means.
