The present invention concerns a feeder (discharger) (1) intended to be utilized for moving granular material in and out from storage consisting of walls (3) and bottom (4). The feeder's (discharger's) (1) uniqueness lies in that it includes at least one flexible layer, which forms an inner bottom on which the granular material is stored. Furthermore the inner bottom is actuated by at least one roller (11), which is arranged to move by at least one driving unit under the layer in the longitudinal direction of the storage (magazine), thereby lifting the layer causing the granular material, through its avalanching ability to slide (to fall) on both sides of the roller, so that when the roller is moved to and fro the material will slide towards the open end of the storage (magazine).
