HIGH-DURABILITY CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND SINGLE BODY STRUCTURE FOR DECK-PAVEMENT IN BRIDGE USING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A high-durability concrete composition, a bridge deck paving body structure using thereof, and a bridge construction method using thereof are provided to secure the intensity of a bridge deck by using metakaolin as a blending material. CONSTITUTION: A high-durability concrete composition contains 420~460 kg/cubic meter of cement. 160~190 kg/cubic meter of water, 880~920 kg/cubic meter of coares aggregate, and 700~740 kg/cubic meter of fine aggregate. 5~15wt% of cement is replaced with metakaolin. 8~12wt% of cement is replaced with silica fume. The metakaolin includes 50~54wt% of SiO_2 and 42~47wt% of Al_2O_3.
