<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED illumination fixture capable of maintaining good heat dissipation performance of a light-emitting part, making compact a fixture, and improving appearance. <P>SOLUTION: If an LED element 24 of the light-emitting part 23 generates heat, heat is transferred to a heat dissipation member 29 via a mounting plate 27 by which the light-emitting part 23 is supported. Since a portion of the heat dissipation member 29 is exposed to an inner peripheral face 212 of the fixture body 21, the heat dissipation member cools the light-emitting part 23 by heat dissipation. At this time, since a portion of the heat dissipation member 29 is exposed to the inner peripheral face 212 of the fixture body 21, even if used outdoors, dust or the like is hard to be deposited. Moreover, since the heat dissipation member 29 cannot be seen from outside, appearance is not damaged.
