<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urethane-based resin which exhibits high reactivity, excellent storage stability and does not need a tin catalyst, a method for producing the same, and a urethane-based resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: The urethane-based resin is obtained by allowing a hydroxy group-containing organic polymer and a polyisocyanate compound to react with a compound expressed by formula (1) and amine compound.
