PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To project light radiated from an LED or incandescent light source as a beam while efficiently zoom focusing.

SOLUTION: The light radiated in a peripheral forward solid from the LED or incandescent light source is made into a first directed beam by reflecting it by a reflector and made into a first directed beam, and the light radiated in a central forward solid angle from the LED or incandescent light source is made into a second directed beam by refracting it by a lens. The energy distribution of the first directed beam and the second directed beam is changed by zoom focusing. At that time, the direction of light within the first directed beam is never affected.
