<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive off only young people who hangs out. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The oscillating frequency of a pulse generation circuit 10 is adjusted by an adjustment means 11 based on an audible band which reduces with aging. Pulse sound is given only to the hanging young people while including a difference in audible band based on individual difference.
