<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of measuring a displacement amount of an engine mount, which precisely calculates a three-axis translation amount of the center of a bolt provided as a mount axis of the engine mount and a three-axis rotation amount of the bolt, even under a high speed vibration phenomenon. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method has: a camera measurement step of calculating a position coordinate O of the center K of the bolt 12 and a posture angle of the bolt 12 by measuring a three-dimensional coordinate of an object 34 to be detected arranged at one end of the bolt 12 by a stereo camera 33; an acceleration detection tool measurement step of measuring the three-axis displacement amount of the bolt 12 by subjecting the three-axis acceleration of the bolt 12 measured by an acceleration pickup 31 provided at one end of the bolt 12 to second order integration; a displacement amount conversion step of conveerting the three-axis displacement amount of the bolt 12 into the displacement amount in a camera coordinate system on the basis of the posture angle of the bolt 12; and a coordinate correction step of correcting an initial value of the second order integration performed in the acceleration detection tool measurement step on the basis of the position coordinate O of the center K of the bolt 12.
