PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material-less double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that has a large difference of peeling forces between a heavy-to-release film and a light-to-release film even when the pressure-sensitive adhesive agent layer has a high elastic modulus or it contains fine particles. SOLUTION: The base material-less double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is constituted of a heavy-to-release film, a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent layer and a light-to-release film laminated in this order. The heavy-to-release film includes a first peeling base material and a first peeling agent layer formed on one surface of the first peeling base material and is laminated so that the first peeling agent layer is in contact with the pressure-sensitive adhesive agent layer. In the heavy-to-release film, the first peeling agent layer is a cured film of a peeling agent composition comprising a linear organopolysiloxane bearing a 2-10C alkenyl group at the end of the molecule and/or in the side chain and bearing an aryl group in the side chain of the molecule.
