PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit which can more appropriately achieve effective use of a cache. SOLUTION: The control unit 1 includes: a main storage means 3 to store software; a core 9 which a central arithmetic processing means includes; two sub-storage means 4 and 5 which store a part of the software corresponding to the core 9; and a necessity determination means 6 which determines whether the above software is software which needs high-speed processing or not.
