PURPOSE: A ginseng wine using raw ginseng is provided to enjoy the ginseng with ginseng root since the ginseng root is inserted to a stopper of the wine bottle. CONSTITUTION: A ginseng wine contains raw ginseng root(1) which is inserted to a stopper of wine bottle(2). The ginseng is dipped in case of sealing in the bottle. The stopper fixes the upper portion of the ginseng root. In case of opening the wine bottle, the ginseng can be used as a side dish. |
