PURPOSE: A naturally fermented composition for apple cultivation and a cultivation method for apple with high content of choline using same are provided to manufacture the apple with high choline content by foliar spraying the naturally fermented composition after fruit setting. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method for apple with high content of choline using a naturally fermented composition includes the following steps: manufacturing Hizikia fusiforme powder by grinding Hizikia fusiforme after removing salt; manufacturing a Hizikia fusiforme solution by mixing water with Hizikia fusiforme powder, glucose, and yeast extract; manufacturing a soybean solution by adding water and crushed soybeans; cultivating Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus acidophilus in a liquid culture medium; manufacturing a fermented Hizikia fusiforme solution; manufacturing a fermented soybean solution; manufacturing the naturally fermented solution composition by filtering and mixing the fermented Hizikia fusiforme solution and the fermented soybean solution; and foliar spraying the naturally fermented solution composition after apple setting 4 ~ 5 times.
