摘要 <p>Disclosed is an automatic analyzer to be used in an analysis method which comprises, for measuring/analyzing a trace substance such as a hormone, a tumor marker, an infecting pathogen marker, an infection antigen or the like with the use of blood, serum, plasma or a bodily fluid as a sample or specimen, using, for each of the proteins to be analyzed, a labeled antigen, a labeled antibody, a tracer or the like, wherein a radioisotope, a fluorescent dye, a light-emitting dye, an enzyme or the like is bonded to an antibody or antigen capable of binding to the protein that is the subject of the analysis.  By using aforesaid automatic analyzer, highly sensitive analysis can be conducted with little noise generation and low background. In the case of analyzing/measuring a sample based on an antigen-antibody reaction with the use of a fluorometry method or a method or device using a fluorometry method, the detection or measurement of nonspecific fluorescence or light emission due to interfering light or the like is omitted or effectively eliminated, regardless of the properties of the sample or the concentration of a substance contained in the sample, so as to conduct highly sensitive analysis.</p>
