<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a lid whose security function and display function are enhanced by using a shrink label. <P>SOLUTION: The container with the lid includes: a PET bottle 15 filled with a beverage; a cap 14 provided freely removably on the front end opening of the bottle 15; an outside cap 13 provided freely removably on the bottle 15 for protecting the cap 14; and shrink labels 11a and 11b for covering the peripheral face of the bottle 15 and the peripheral surface and the end surface of the outside cap 13 in the condition where the cap 14 and the outside cap 13 are mounted.
