<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent valuable paper stored inside a valuable paper pull-out prevention device from being pulled out. <P>SOLUTION: A forward sending unit 31 of a conveyance device 2 placed along a conveyance passage 3 in front of a curved passage 19 moves valuable paper passing the conveyance passage 3 toward the curved passage 19, has the valuable paper get over the curved passage 19, and has the valuable paper to which a pull-out means, such as a thread or tape, is connected pass the curved passage 19.
