PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in position calculation by means of Kalman filter processing. SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 determines an output position by position calculation processing by means of an interactive mixing model (IMM) using two kinds of equal velocity KF models including a first equal velocity KF model indicating that a movable body is in an equal velocity state and a second equal velocity KF model. The first equal velocity KF model and the second equal velocity KF model are those having the same state transition matrix which is one of parameters in the KF but system noise which is one of error parameters predetermined to be different values.
