<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door fixing tool and an opening/closing method of the door using the door fixing tool for preventing the door from opening/closing due to oscillation during transportation, completely holding the door, and reducing the size. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The door fixing tool for fixing the door D to a vehicle body at the predetermined opening during a vehicle body painting process includes a vehicle body side tool A positioned and fixed to adjacent a center pillar S, a door side tool B positioned and fixed to a door opening part D3 between an inner panel D2 and a door skin D1 of the door D, and a joint tool C jointing the vehicle body side tool A with the door side tool B. A joint tool body 17 of the joint tool C is engaged with an engagement part 2 of the vehicle body side tool A to fix both, a magnet provided at the joint tool C and an opening edge of a holder 25 holding the magnet are attracted to an attracting face 11b of an attracting plate 11 of the door side tool B to joint the vehicle body side tool A with the door side tool B, thus fixing the door D to the vehicle body.
