<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail seal having a resin laminated structure, capable of well applying with respect to a nail. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The nail seal has a decorative sticked sheet 2 having a nail shape peelably provided on the surface of a mold release sheet 1. The decorative sticked sheet 2 comprises an adhesive layer 21 made by applying a pressure sensitive aqueous adhesive agent on the surface of the release sheet 1, an under layer 22 having a thickness of 10-100 μm which is formed by recoating an aqueous resin liquid on the adhesive layer 21, and a transparent top layer 23 having a thickness of 0.6-1 mm which is formed by recoating an ultraviolet curable resin liquid on the under layer 22.
