<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To usefully utilize preload gas by blowing it against a workpiece or a grindstone to remove sludge. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A machining fluid 28 stored in a sealed tank 27 sealed with a lid 26 is pressed by the preload gas admitted from a pneumatic power source 17 through a preload gas admitting pipe 19 and a preload gas admitting valve 18, and then supplied from an exhaust tip 23b to a machining section 12 through a machining fluid discharge pipe 25 and a machining fluid discharge valve 24 and recovered by a bucket 16 disposed below the machining section 12 of a machine tool body 10A and then returned to the sealed tank 27 through a fluid feeding pipe 21 and a fluid feeding valve 20. An exhaust pipe 23, which reduces the pressure by subjecting the sealed tank 27 to atmosphere opening when the machining fluid 28 is returned from the bucket 16 to the sealed tank 27, blows the preload gas within the sealed tank 27 against the workpiece and the grindstone through the exhaust distal end 23b.
