<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing device of combine harvester which includes a fourth processing chamber having an improved recovery ratio of fourth grain. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The threshing device of combine harvester includes a discharged dust processing chamber 68 pivotally mounting a discharged dust-processing drum 71 that receives and processes a material to be processed which reaches at an end part in the conveying direction of a threshing chamber 66 for threshing reaped grain culms by a threshing cylinder 69. Since the surface of the extension part of the threshing cylinder 69 positioned behind the communicating hole A of the discharged dust-processing drum for discharging the material to be processed which reaches at the rear end part of the threshing chamber 66 to the discharged dust processing chamber 68 includes members 100 for dropping free grain over rack inclined so as to have an acute angle θ to the rotary direction (direction indicated by arrow W) of the threshing cylinder 69, conveyed grain culms are largely opened, the members 100 for dropping free grain over rack are broken into the grain culms, the ear tip parts of the conveyed grain culms are excellently discharged, the grain culms are favorably delivered to a waste straw conveying part, a conveying position is improved and threshed grains are finely recovered by the rotation of the threshing cylinder 69.
