PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress brazing failure with respect to an end plate while achieving excellent efficiency of fitting work of a flow passage component, when easily securing airtightness of a header tank by constituting the end plate as an independent structure without inserting the end plate to the header tank. SOLUTION: The end plate 8 has a structure independent of the header tank 6. The flow passage component 50 is fixed to the header tank 6 and is formed to extend so as to oppose to the end plate 8. The flow passage component 50 includes a hook part 60a formed so as to be hooked on the end plate 8. The flow passage component 50 further includes an abutment part 60b abutting on the end plate 8 with the hook part 60a hooked on the end plate 8 so that a separation dimension between the end plate 8 and the flow passage component 50 exceeds a predetermined dimension.
