PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated structure which is robust with respect to migration. SOLUTION: The laminated structure has a substrate and some substance that includes a material whose critical surface tension changes by disposing energy on the substrate, thereby changing from a low surface energy state to a high surface energy state. The laminated structure has a wettability variation layer on which the first and second high surface energy regions and low surface energy region are formed by disposing energy; a first conductive layer formed using a conductive material on the first high surface energy region; and a second conductive layer formed on the first high surface energy region and the first conductive layer, wherein a conductive layer that has a laminated structure covering the first conductive layer by the second conductive layer is formed.
