Provided is a relay connector wherein, even if a large space is not provided in a direction that connection terminals are arranged, the ratio of transformation of the distance between the terminals can be increased.  A plurality of connection terminals having first connection terminal portions (10a, 12a, 14a) connectable to external terminals of a first electronic component (100) and second connection terminal portions connectable to external terminals of a second electronic component (102) are juxtaposed and spaced at a distance identical to the distance between the external terminals of the first electronic component.  The relay connector is characterized in that the connection terminals are disposed so that the second connection terminal portions intersecting with the juxtaposing direction of the connection terminals are disposed at two or more different positions, and the positions of the second connection terminal portions of the adjacent connection terminals are different from each other.
