CO-NI SOLID SOLUTION STRENGTHENED HIGH TEMPERATURE ALUMINUM ALLOYS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE: A Co-Ni complete solid solubility reinforced heat-resistant aluminum alloy and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve heat resistance limit and achieve reduced weight by employing Co-Ni alloy element. CONSTITUTION: A Co-Ni complete solid solubility reinforced heat-resistant aluminum alloy, in which aluminum is combined with Co-Ni alloy element in a reinforcing phase, comprises aluminum 0.5~10 weight%. The Co-Ni alloy element comprises cobalt 10~90 weight% and nickel 10~90 weight%. The complete solid solution reinforcing phase keeps the stable phase to the temperature of 1490°C.
