<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new gyro meter type system which can achieve detection around the shaft located on its own plane. <P>SOLUTION: The gyro meter type system is characterized by being contained in substrate and by including at least one set (3, 3', 31, 32 and 33) demarcating an unused plane which is arranged in the position away from the second rotary shaft contained in this plane (Z, H, H') at a predetermined distance to cause vibration in this plane perpendicular to the above rotary shaft (Z), at least two connection arms for connecting the above set with the above rotary shaft, a means to form at least one connection with the above substrate for rotation around the above rotary shaft to at least one of the above arms, and at least one strain gauge for detecting the above rotation movement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
