<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture capable of illumination control friendly to people. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture 10 is provided with a light source 12 and a human sensor 18, and controls the lighting of the light source 12 and warns lighting-off caused by the end of a lighting retention time of the light source 12.
