<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of (1) turbidity between reagents, (2) leakage of reagents except during administration, (3) change in administration direction not being allowed, (4) necessity of rapid start and end of reagent administration and (5) minimum loss of reagents, in an apparatus for locally administering a plurality of reagents to a cell/tissue specimen without turbidity. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for local administration of reagents includes [a] a manifold having a communication path (d<SB>ae</SB>) vertically equipped with a plurality of introduction passages (d<SB>i</SB>) at fixed intervals, [b] a discharge pipe (p<SB>e</SB>) having an opening and closing tool (v<SB>e</SB>) and [c] an introduction pipe (p<SB>i</SB>) having an opening and closing tool (v<SB>i</SB>). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
