<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for performing the provision of work instruction information necessary for each vehicle being the object of work or the collection of the detail work results of each work by efficiently coping with a change in a process, the addition of a vehicle model and a change in various situations such as the interruption of communication. <P>SOLUTION: A work management system 10 includes: an onboard terminal 100 for work management having a specification requesting means 110 for, when the storage information of a portable medium corresponds to the data request of work specifications, transmitting a specification data request including vehicle information to a server 300, a specification storage means 111 for receiving the work specification data from the server and storing the data, and a specification display means 112 for, when the storage information of the portable medium corresponds to the display request of the work specifications, specifying and displaying the work specification data pertinent to the work items of a worker; and a server 300 having a specification transmitting means 310 for receiving the specification request from the onboard terminal 100 for work management, and for returning the work specification data of the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
